No, please no food for 90-120 minutes prior to scan, but keep hydrated.
Eating will show in your scan as increased energy in the pancreas and digestive system.
There are a few things that you should do:
- No freshly washed hands (or at least don't wash your hands 15 mins prior)
- Stand while getting the scan. If you are seated, the pelvic area and lower back will show excess of energy.
- Please remove any electronic device on your wrist and heavy jewller
Unfortunately, no. That wouldn't be safe.
Please be hydrated, If you have diabetes and use insulin, please measure your levels before arrival.

During our sessions, different approaches will be applied depending on your needs that day. Bio-Well First time
An opportunity to discuss at length your Bio-Well scan results, approx. 45 mins.
We will do one full scan of your 10 of fingers A comprehensive PDF report file and 7 min music file will be shared with you via email.
Bio-Well Follow up Scan
We will do one full scan of your full set of fingers and discuss the results. A report and music file will be shared with you via email. approx. 25 mins
60 min. Energy Healing session only
Interview and assessment, meditation and/or body awareness scan, full body treatment, debriefing and co creative self care plan.
90 min. Bio Well and Energy Healing
Guided meditation, A Bio-Well scan (Bio-Well is a revolutionary tool made specially for express-assessment of the energetic state of a person) followed by a full body Energy Healing treatment.
15 min Sound Healing - Add on
Whether we use Tibetan or Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes or Crystal pyramid, this is an ideal addition to your full body treatment, promoting deep relaxation and preparing you to go back to the real world out there!
TWR Method (Transformative Wholistic Reintegration)
This is a gentle treatment that helps reduce the intensity of unexplained pain or ongoing issue; and helps to re-evaluate the emotion around that issue; sometimes resulting in feeling less physical pain or lower stress about the issue.
It is done with the client's intention and full participation using your own words and following instruction from the practitioner.
